摘　　要：根据高校综合教务系统对信息管理的要求,阐述了本科生学籍档案包括纸质档案和电子档案管理的内容、流程,结合新时期档案工作的新要求,构建、完善了档案信息员网络化立卷、归档方法,并就如何做好本科生学籍档案管理工作提出了几点建议。According to the information management requirements of university comprehensive educational administration sys-tem, this paper expounds the content and process of undergraduate status archives management, including paper archives andelectronic archives. Based on the new requirements for archival work in the new period, it puts forward some suggestions.
