摘　　要：临床医学专业学位硕士研究生是以培养具有从事临床实践能力的高级应用型人才为目标,其心理健康状况将直接关系到他们的培养质量。文章从执业医师考试压力、临床技能与科研培养的双重压力、导师和自身等方面分析影响专业学位研究生的心理健康因素,针对他们出现的心理健康问题,提出从改革教学模式、强化监管责任、融合医院文化、提升自我管理和适应能力等环节采取干预措施,切实做好临床专业学位硕士研究生的思想教育工作,保障他们的身心健康。Education of postgraduates with clinical medical professional degree is to cultivate senior applied talents with clinical practice ability. Their mental health status will be directly related to their cultivation quality. This paper analyzes the mental health factors of the postgraduates from the aspects of the pressure of the medical licensing examination,the double pressure of the clinical practice and the scientific research, and pressure from the mentor and the students themselves,and puts forward some interventions on the mental health of the postgraduates from the aspects of reforming the teaching mode, strengthening the supervision responsibility, integrating hospital culture, enhancing self-- management and adaptability. Ideological education should also be strengthened to ensure their physical and mental health.
