摘　　要：结合肇庆学院普通本科院校的办学特色和培养目标,依托植物学科多年的专业建设优势,论述在植物学科中构建大学生创新能力培养体系的必要性和可行性,阐述该体系具体建设实施的内容和学生专业创新能力培养所取得的成效,探讨植物学科大学生创新能力培养过程中需要重点解决的一些建制性的问题,以适应创新型社会对应用型专业人才的需求。Combining with the school running characteristics and training objectives of Zhaoqing University,relying on the advantages of professional construction for many years in the discipline of plants,the necessity and feasibility of constructing the training system for college students' innovation ability in the plant discipline were discussed,and the concrete construction and implementation of the system and the achievements of the training of students' professional innovation ability were expounded. Some institutional problems that need to be solved in the course of training college students' innovative ability in plant science were discussed to meet the needs of applied talents in innovative society.
