摘  要:车轮踏面参数是车轮的关键参数之一,针对踏面参数检测系统中车轮的定位问题,设计了一种用于车轮自动生产线上的踏面参数检测自定心装置。在保证车轮与自定心装置旋转相对静止的前提下,利用ADAMS软件仿真得出自定心装置的启动角加速度临界值,缩短检测节拍,提高其检测效率。建立车轮踏面半径拟圆偏心测量误差模型,利用最小二乘拟圆算法对测量数据进行处理,并对车轮踏面测量点进行模拟测量分析。结果表明,利用自定心装置可改善车轮轴线倾斜和偏心的定位误差,提高检测的准确性。The wheel tread parameter is one of the key parameters of train wheel. Considering the location problems of the wheel tread parameter detection system,a self-centering device was specially designed,which was used to detecting the tread parameters in the automatic production line. Under ensuring the rotation precondition of the wheel and self-centering device,the critical value of the device's starting angular acceleration came out by the simulation of ADAMS software,which could shorten the detection time and improved the detection efficiency. Established an error model for the quasi circular eccentric measurement of the wheel tread radius,the measurement dates were processed by the least square quasi circle algorithm,and the measurement point of the wheel tread was simulated and analyzed. The results show that,the self-centering device can improve the location error of the inclination and eccentricity of the wheel axis,and improve the accuracy of the detection.
