摘 要:桥机金属结构优化设计的最优解往往把强度、刚度和稳定性的许用值用到极限,这样不能确保结构是否安全。引入了应力水平来定量的衡量桥机的设计裕度,用可靠度来衡量结构是否安全,分别采用不同的应力水平进行桥架的优化设计,然后通过蒙特卡洛法计算最优解的可靠度水平,获得了应力水平对桥机金属结构优化及可靠性的影响规律:桥机金属结构的重量随着应力水平的降低近似线性递增;结构的可靠度随着应力水平的降低不断提高,但提高的幅度越来越小,即提高设计裕度换取较高可靠度的回报率越来越低。The allowable values of strength,stiffness and stability are often used to limit when to optimize the metal structure of overhead traveling crane. But structure cannot always be secured with the optimal solution. By introducing the stress level to measure the design margin,optimization design of structure is performed with different stress level,and then the reliability analysis of optimization solution is performed at the same time. The influence principle of stress level on optimization and reliability is found.The conclusions can be drawn that: with the decrease of stress level,the weight of overhead traveling crane metal structure is gradually increased;With the decrease of the stress level,the reliability of the structure is improved,but the effectiveness is smaller and smaller.In other words,the rate of return by improving the design margin in exchange for higher reliability is getting lower and lower.
