摘  要:针对高速列车车体铝合金薄壁型材的高筋立铣加工过程,建立了立筋铣削加工的铣削力模型,并通过数值计算分析了各铣削分力随铣削条件的变化特点,根据铣削实验讨论了铣削参数对各个铣削分力的影响情况。结果表明:主轴转速的提高可有效减小切削分力F_x,进给量和切削深度的增加会增大切削分力F_x和F_y,铣削参数对切削分力F_z的影响最小。由于受到刀具底部圆角的影响,使得切削分力F_y和F_z的计算结果与实际结果存在一定差异,切削分力F_x与实验结果吻合较好。Aiming at the milling process of vertical stud of thin aluminum profile of high-speed train body,the simple milling force model is proposed,the change characteristics of force components with cutting conditions are analyzed through numeral calculations. The effects of milling parameters on milling force components are discussed through milling experiment. The results show that the increase of spindle speed reduces the force component F_x effectively,the increase of the feed and the cutting depth increases the force components F_x and F_y. It seems that the force components F_z is independent on cutting parameters. Because of the effect of the bottom radius of the tool tip,the calculation results of force components F_y and F_z have some differences with the experiment results,but the calculated force component F_x agrees well with the experiment results.
