摘 要:目的探讨多种抗肿瘤免疫效应细胞联合治疗对中晚期结直肠癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法采用回顾性研究,选取2015年2月-2016年2月本院外科住院行结直肠癌根治术的患者86例作为研究对象,分为免疫治疗组、常规放化疗组,比较2组治疗前后的免疫功能变化。结果治疗前,免疫治疗组、常规放化疗组各免疫功能指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,免疫治疗组CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞、CD16/56+NK细胞、CD19+B细胞、NKT细胞及细胞因子IL-12、γ-IFN水平均显著高于同组治疗前水平及对照组治疗后水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD8+T细胞、Treg细胞均显著低于同组治疗前水平及对照组治疗后水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多种抗肿瘤免疫效应细胞联合治疗可以显著改善中晚期结直肠癌患者的免疫功能。Objective To explore the effect of combined therapy of multiple antitumor immune response cells on immune function in patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods Using retrospective study,86 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into immunotherapy group,conventional immune chemotherapy group. The changes of immune function in both groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance on the differences in immune function indexes between immunotherapy group and conventional immuno chemotherapy group( P 〉 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of CD3+T cells,CD4+T cells,CD16/56+NK cells,CD19+B cells,NKT cells and cytokines IL-12 and γ-IFN in the immunotherapy group were significantly higher than before treatment and those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05); CD8+T cells,Treg cells after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment and those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion A combination of several anti-tumor immune effector cells can significantly improve the immune function in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.
