高校心理咨询中双重关系的伦理探究

摘　　要：避免双重关系是心理咨询中需要遵守的基本伦理守则。高校心理咨询师由于工作定位、角色要求、社会背景的缘故,与来访学生可能存在着师生关系、朋友关系、多重工作关系以至及人情关系等。通过对高校心理咨询双重关系的利弊进行剖析,提出对高校心理咨询中出现不可避免的双重关系提出充分估计、悬浮关注、专业督导、知情规范、加强职业伦理的宣传等建议。The basic ethical principle of psychological consultation is to avoid dual relationship. Due to job orientation,a college psychological counselor requires to play many different kinds of roles in order to build a good relationship between students,co-workers and others teachers who have different social backgrounds and social character needs.According to analyze the pros and cons of the dual relationship of counseling in college. It recommends the suggestion such as full estimate,even hovering attention,professional supervision,informed regulation,and promotion of professional ethics.
