摘　　要：目的比较分析更昔洛韦眼用凝胶和阿昔洛韦滴眼液分别治疗单疱性病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法 14000例单疱性病毒性角膜炎患者,根据用药不同分成观察组和对照组,各7000例。对照组患者采用阿昔洛韦滴眼液滴眼治疗,观察组患者采用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶滴眼治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率为91.26%,明显优于对照组的60.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的疗效显著,治疗效果明显优于单用阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗,能够提高患者治疗效果,提高患者的治愈率,值得在门诊治疗中推广应用。Objective To compare and analyze the efficacy of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel and aciclovir eye drops in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods A total of 14000 patients with herpes simplex keratitis were divided by different medications into observation group and control group, with 7000 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aciclovir eye drops, and the observation group was treated with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel. The treatment effect in two groups was observed and compared. Results After treatment, the observation group had obviously better total effective rate as 91.26% than 60.51% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ganciclovir ophthalmic gel has a significant effect in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis, and its treatment effect is obviously better than that of aciclovir eye drops alone. It can improve the treatment effect and improve the cure rate of patients, and is worthy of popularization and application in outpatient treatment.
