摘　　要：双圆盘浇铸系统提取机在生产过程中经常发生故障,如连杆与偏心盘断裂,提取机角度改变,提取机动作失效等,严重影响到阳极板的生产产量与质量。通过分析提取机发生的各种故障与提出的相应的改进措施,研究出最合理的改进方案,确保设备持续运行,延长设备使用寿命,满足工艺生产需要。The take-off device in twin anode casting shop is often faulted in the production process,such as the breakage of the synchronization rod and the eccentric plate assembly,the angle change of the take-off device and the useless of the take-off device working,which seriously affect the production and quality of the copper anode.Through the analysis of the failure of the take-off device and the corresponding improvement measures,the most reasonable improvement program is developed to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment and prolong the service life of the equipment to meet the production demand.
