摘　　要：目的:探讨CD117、DOG1表达水平与胃间质瘤(GSTs)临床特征、超声内镜下征象的关系。方法:回顾性分析甘肃省第二人民医院及甘肃省武威肿瘤医院2012年1月至2017年8月经内镜及外科手术切除后确诊的84例GSTs术后病理样本,84例患者均行超声内镜检查,根据CD117、DOG1的表达情况,结合临床资料及超声内镜下征象,分析CD117、DOG1表达水平与侵袭危险度的关系。结果:(1)临床特性:在84例GSTs标本中,不同性别、年龄、生长部位、危险度分级、核分裂像之间,CD117阳性表达率无显著相关(P>0.05),DOG1阳性表达率与危险度分级和核分裂像差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)内镜下征象:84例GST患者中,CD117阳性表达率与GST是否有溃疡、出血、回声是否均匀、边界及肿瘤大小无显著差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而DOG1阳性表达与肿瘤大小相关(P<0.05)。结论:DOG1可以作为评价GST侵袭危险度的指标,CD117不能作为评价GST危险度的指标。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression level of CD117、DOG1 and the clinical features of gastric stromal tumor(GSTs)and the endoscopic ultrasonography. Methods:Gansu province second people's hospital and Gansu Wuwei academy of medical sciences were retrospectively analyzed the 84 confirmed cases of GSTs postoperative pathologic samples from January 2012 to August2017,which are removal by endoscopic and surgical,84 patients were all performed endoscopic ultrasonography examination,based on the expression of CD117 and DOG1 case,combined with clinical data and endoscopic ultrasonography sign,explore CD117,DOG1 expression levels and risk of attack. Results:Clinical features:(1)The expression of CD117 positive expression rate in 84 cases GSTs was not associated with gender,age,tumor location,mitosis,and malignancy potential grading(P >0.05),but DOG1 positive expression rate was ralated to mitosis(P<0.05);(2)endoscopic signs:in 84 patients with GST,CD117 positive expression rate was not related to ulcers,bleeding,homogeneous echo,border and tumor size(P>0.05),but DOG1 positive expression was associated with tumor size(P< 0.05). Conclusion:DOG1 can be used as an indicator to evaluate the risk of GST invasion,and CD117 cannot be used as an indicator of GST risk.
