摘　　要：炼油化工企业储运罐区贮存物料多、安全风险大,大多为重大危险源。文中运用储罐事故案例分析和保护层分析方法,来分析事故原因和完善事故防范措施。提出了设置安全仪表系统、增设切断阀,以及防雷防静电设施,可以提升储运罐区本质安全水平。In the storage and transportation systems of refining and chemical enterprises, there are large amount of storagematerials and high risks on operation safety, and most of materials are major hazard sources. This paper used storage tank accidentcase analysis and protection layer analysis methods to analyze the causes for accidents and perfect accident prevention measures. Itput forward setting up safety instrument system, adding shut-off valves and anti-thunder and anti-static facilities, which canimprove the intrinsic safety level of the storage and transportation tank yards.
