摘　　要：针对学生在数控车实习过程中切断刀片的刃磨、安装、使用过程中存在的问题,设计并制作了一套安装切断刀片的刀盒。设计的刀盒投入使用以来,使刀具刃磨简单、安装方便快捷、增强了刀具的刚性,且使用更安全、刀具更耐用,提高了生产效率,节省了刀具费用。The students in the internship in the process of NC cutter grinding, installation and use of existing problems, aiming at these problems to design and produce their own set of cutter blade box installation, put into use since the grinding of cutter is simple, convenient and rapid installation, enhances the rigidity of the tool, the use of more security tools, more durable, improve production efficiency, save a lot of cost cutting than before.
