行为安全管理在煤矿中的应用分析

摘　　要：为强化人员的行为管理,规范员工安全行为,提高其安全意识,基于综合行为安全理论与安全管理学方法,阐述了行为安全管理的定义与理论基础。引入扩充版行为安全"2-4"模型,从事故致因链、内部影响链、外部影响链3条行为链着手,详细分析模型的功能,深入诠释模型的有效性。运用该模型对斜沟煤矿一起伤人事故进行分析,定位事故原因,提出有效预防措施。结果表明,扩充版行为安全"2-4"模型可以用于煤矿行为管理,通过控制人的不安全行为来实现安全生产的目的。In order to strengthen the individual behavioral management,standardize their safety behavior and improve their safety awareness,the concept and theoretical basis of behavioral safety management were clarified,based on the theory of behavioral safety and the method of safety management. The extended version of behavior-based accident causation " 2-4" model was introduced. The function of the model was analyzed and the validity was deeply explained from the accident cause chain,the internal influence chain and the external influence chain. This model was used to analyze the injury accident in Xiegou Coal Mine,explaining the cause of the accident and putting forward the effective preventive measures. The result shows that the extended version of behavior-based accident causation " 2-4" model can be used for behavior management in coal mine and can achieve the purpose of safe production by controlling the people's unsafe behavior.
