摘　　要：汽车金属零件结构加工实践主要以培养从业人员的职业兴趣、职业素养。实践是最理想的促进金属零件加工行业进步的方法。汽车金属结构加工实践探索,结合汽车金属零件加工行业特色,将传统的学徒培训与现代技能培训思想结合起来,探索了一条新型的金属零部件加工从业人员的培养模式。The structure processing practice of automobile metal parts is mainly to cultivate the professional interest and professional accomplishment of the employees. Practice is the most ideal method to promote the progress of the metal parts processing industry. The modern automobile metal structure processing practice exploration, combined with the automobile metal parts processing industry characteristics, combines traditional apprenticeship training with modern skills training thought, explores a new training mode of metal parts processing employees.
