摘 要:目的了解武汉市寄宿制小学生的心理健康状况,为寄宿制学校心理健康教育提供支持和依据。方法采用"青少年情绪调控能力问卷"和关于小学儿童心理理论能力发展应用的失言任务、白谎任务和故事理解任务的故事内容和评分标准,以武汉市两所寄宿小学随机抽取的365名3~6年级小学生为研究对象进行问卷调查,并对调查数据进行统计学分析。结果小学生心理理论与情绪调控能力处于中上水平,可以推测他人心理想法与感受并且能够掌控或者稳定自己的情绪,但并不成熟还有待提高。女生的情绪调控能力整体高于男生,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低年级小学生无论是心理理论水平还是情绪调控能力,均普遍低于高年级小学生,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。处于发育阶段的小学生的心理理论水平与情绪调控能力存在高度正相关(r=0.789,P<0.01)。结论武汉市寄宿小学学生的整体心理健康水平较好,不同性别的小学生情绪调控能力和心理理论水平存在差异,不同年级的学生心理理论和情绪调控能力存在差异,学生的情绪调控能力与心理理论水平之间存在显著的相关关系。Objective This article means to investigate the mental health of students from boarding primary schools in Wuhan in order to provide supports and reference for psychological education.Methods 365 students from 3-6 grades of 2 boarding schools in Wuhan were selected randomly and a survey were conducted among them.Questionnaires were made with the Scale of Emotion Control Ability of the Youth and the contents of Faux Pas Task,White Lie Task and Story Understanding and scoring standards in the application of children theoretical psychological ability development.The data were analyzed statistically.Results The psychological theory and emotion control ability of these students were in the middle and upper level.They could presumed other's thoughts and feelings and control and stabilize their own.But these were not mature and needed further improvement.Generally girls had higher level of ability of emotion control than boys and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Students from lower grades had lower lever of psychological theory and emotion control ability than students from higher grades and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The psychological theory level of students in the stage of development was highly correlated with their ability of emotion control(r=0.789,P<0.01).Conclusion The general mental status of students from boarding schools in Wuhan are relatively healthy.Differences exist in the ability of emotion control and psychological theory level for students of different genders and different grades.Significant correlation exist between the ability of emotion control and psychological theory level.
