社区老年人选择机构养老的意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解社区老年人选择机构养老的意愿及其影响因素,为养老服务系统资源合理配置和功能优化提供科学支撑和理论支持。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法抽取西安市1 459名社区老年人为调查对象。采用自编的老年人一般情况问卷和社会关系问卷对调查对象进行问卷调查。结果 66.9%社区老年人愿意选择机构养老,多因素分析发现,社区老年人抚养子女数、身体锻炼、对养老机构印象、社会支持系统是影响社区老年人入住养老机构意愿的主要因素。结论倾向于今后选择机构养老的老年人主要特征是:生活不能自理、高龄、独居、子女无法提供照顾等,但大部分老年人对养老机构的了解较少、印象较差,政府和社区卫生工作者应注重提高养老机构的服务质量,加大对养老机构的宣传力度。Objective To understand the willingness and influencing factors for the elderly in the community in choosing nursing institutions,in order to provide scientific and theoretical support in rationale allocation and functional optimization for the nursing resources of the elderly.Methods 1 459 old people in the community in Xi'an were selected by stratified cluster random sampling.A survey was conducted with self-designed questionnaire about general information and social relationships.Results 66.9% of the old people in the community were willing to accept the nursing institution.Multivariate analysis showed that the main influencing factors for the elderly's choice of nursing institutions were number of off-springs,physical exercise,impression on the nursing institution and social support system.Conclusion The main characteristics of the elderly who are willing to choosing a nursing institution are:unable to take care themselves,old age,living alone,and unable to get support from children.But most of the elderly don't know much about nursing institution and think very high of them.The government and social health workers should focus on improving the service quality and strengthen the propaganda.
