小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:分析小切口非超声乳化白内障手术在硬核白内障治疗中的应用效果。方法:收治硬核白内障患者100例,随机平分两组。对照组行超声乳化白内障手术,观察组行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术。对比两组术后裸眼视力、并发症及角膜散光度数。结果:观察组的并发症发生率(4.00%)、角膜散光度数(1.05°±0.28°),比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术为硬核白内障患者治疗效果可靠。Objective：To analyze the effect of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract.Methods：100 cases of scleronuclear cataract were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group were given phacoemulsification cataract surgery,and the observation group was given a small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery.We compared the postoperative visual acuity,complications and corneal astigmatism.Results：The incidence of complications in the observation group（4%）,and corneal astigmatism（1.05±0.28）°,which were lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery is reliable for the patients with hard nucleus cataract.
