摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展,新时代成人继续教育面临着新的发展机遇,但同时也存在一些问题,尤其是在招生方面,面对越来越激烈的市场竞争形势,急需拓宽思路、研究创新,转变招生战略,以提高自身竞争力,谋求生存与发展。本文分析了新时代成人继续教育办学政策的最新变化,以及这些变化所带来的影响,提出新时代成人继续教育招生战略转变调整的原则与招生突围路径,进而提升自身竞争力的发展战略。With the rapid development of our social economy in New era,adult continuing education is facing opportunities,but also some problems,especially in terms of admissions,in the face of increasingly fierce market competition situation.So that it urgently needs to broaden the train of thought,research,innovation,to change recruitment strategy,to improve their competitiveness in seeking survival and development.Based on the author's work experience,the paper analyzes the new trends of adult continuing education policies running in the new era,as well as the effects,and then puts forward adult continuing education recruitment strategies adjustment principle,and its break path,to raise their competitiveness development strategy.
