摘  要:MPC高韧性复合材料加固是一种采用新材料对桥梁结构进行的加固技术。为证实该加固技术的有效性,对某空心板梁桥加固前后的荷载试验和有限元计算结果进行对比分析。分析结果表明,加固后结构承载力提升23.2%;在试验荷载作用下,加固后主梁最大挠度减少14.29%,加固后主梁最大应变减少22.83%,校验系数最大改善率为14.13%。此外,MPC高韧性复合材料加固施工工艺简单,养护时间短,在实际工程中具有推广价值。MPC high-toughness composite material reinforcement is a technology to strengthenthe bridge structure by using new material.In order to prove the effectiveness of the reinforcementtechnology, the results of the load test and the finite element analysis before and after the reinforce-ment of a hollow slab bridge are compared.The results show that the bearing capacity of the structuregets 23.23% increase after reinforcement, the maximum deflection and strain of the main girder get14.29% and 22.83% reduction respectively under test load after the reinforcement, and the maximumimprovement rate of testing coefficient is 14.13%.In addition,MPC high-toughness composite materialreinforcement needs simple construction technology and little curing time.This reinforcement projecthas promotional value in practical engineering.
