昆明地区RhD阴性献血者表现型调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解昆明地区Rh D阴性献血者Rh表型的分布情况,为临床科学、安全输血提供参考依据。方法应用血型血清学方法对初筛为Rh D阴性的689例无偿献血者标本用间接抗人球蛋白试验进行阴性确认,用单克隆抗-C,抗-E,抗-c,抗-e血清试剂对Rh表型进行检测,并筛查不规则抗体。结果昆明地区2015年11月21日-2017年4月18日无偿献血者共177117例,其中确认为Rh D阴性者689例(0.39%)。表型分布为dccee401(58.2%),d Ccee204(29.6%),dcc Ee37(5.4%),d Cc Ee9(1.3%),d CCee37(5.4%),dcc EE1(0.1%)。结论对本地区初筛Rh D阴性献血人群的Rh血型抗原分布有了具体的了解,可对本地区Rh血型系统的稀有血型队伍建设提供及时有效的参考依据,可保证Rh D阴性血源的有效供给。Objective To investigate the distribution of Rh blood group antigen in Rh D negative blood donors in Kunming area,and to provide reference basis for clinical science and safe blood transfusion.Methods A total of689 blood samples which tested negative for Rh D with saline screening method were subjected to serotype testing of Rh C,c,E,and e antigens.Indirect antiglobulin test was performed for Rh D confirmation.Results From 21 st November 2015 to 18 th, April 2016, there were 689 Rh D negative samples indentified in 177117 blood donors.Among these donors, major distributions were dccee401(58.2%), d Ccee204(29.6%), dcc Ee37(5.4%),d Cc Ee9(1.3%), d CCee37(5.4%) and dcc EE1(0.1%).Conclusion To understand the Rh blood group antigen distribution of Rh D negative blood donation, a timely and effective reference basis is provided for construction of the rare blood group.It is important for guiding a scientific, reasonable and effective blood transfusion and supply.
