摘　　要：2017年9月,财政部印发《环境保护专用设备企业所得税优惠目录》(2017年版),该优惠目录对于促进企业使用先进环保设备,推动环境质量持续改善具有重要意义。文章从优惠目录的修订背景、修订原则、修订内容等方面对该政策进行了解读。The Ministry of Finance printed and distributed <the Catalogue of Favorable Enterprise Income Tax for Environmental Protection Special Equipment>(2017 edition) in September. 2017. The favorable catalogue has an important significance in promoting the enterprises to use the advanced environmental protection equipment and driving the continuous improvement of environmental quality. The paper makes an interpretation on the policies from the fields of the revised background, principles and contents.
