摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对肾癌患者术后疼痛和不良情绪的影响。方法选取2013年4月至2017年4月间四川省达州市中心医院收治的86例肾癌患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。观察组患者采用综合护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,及干预总满意度和术后疼痛改善情况。结果观察组患者总满意率为95.3%,高于对照组患者的72.1%,观察组患者术后疼痛改善程度优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者HAMA、SAS、HAMD和SDS评分均降低,且观察组患者HAMA、SAS、HAMD和SDS评分均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可减轻肾癌患者术后疼痛,改善不良情绪,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain and psychological emotion in patients with renal cell carcinoma（ RCC）. Methods A total of 86 patients with renal cell carcinoma treated at Dazhou Central Hospital were selected from April 2013 to April2017. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table with 43 patients in each group. The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group received routine nursing intervention. Hamilton anxiety scale（ HAMA）,selfrating anxiety scale（ SAS）,Hamilton depression scale（ HAMD） and self-rating depression scale（ SDS）the overall satisfaction and improvement in postoperative pain were compared between the two groups.Results The overall satisfaction rate was 95. 3% for the observation group which was higher than 72. 1%of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement in postoperative pain was better in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the intervention,HAMA,SAS,HAMD and SDS scores decreased in the two groups with the observation group lower than the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can alleviate the postoperative pain and improve the negative mood in patients with renal cell carcinoma,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
