摘　　要：目的探讨时辰化疗对中国结直肠癌患者的有效性及安全性。方法在Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库及万方数据库中检索已公开发表的关于结直肠癌患者时辰化疗的随机对照试验的相关文献,对符合标准的文献提取相关临床效应指标,进行Meta分析。结果共纳入17篇研究,Meta分析结果显示:时辰化疗能提高中国结直肠癌患者的治疗效果,同时显著降低重度白细胞减少、重度恶心呕吐、严重腹泻及黏膜炎等化疗不良反应,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论时辰化疗可有效提高中国结直肠癌患者的近期治疗效果,减轻多种化疗所致的重度不良反应,是值得重视的治疗手段。Objective To study the efficacy and security of chrono-chemotherapy in Chinese patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,CBM and Wanfang database published were retrieved for published randomized control trials with regard to chronochemotherapy for colorectal cancer. Relevant data of eligible literature was selected for meta-analysis.Results A total of 17 studies were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that chrono-chemotherapy can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy as well as reduce chemotherapy-induced severe side effects including leukopenia,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and mucositis in Chinese patients with colorectal cancer（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion These findings demonstrate that chrono-chemotherapy may improve shortterm efficacy and lessen chemotherapy-induced severe adverse reactions in Chinese patients with colorectal cancer.
