乌梅丸加减联合低剂量美沙拉嗪治疗显微镜结肠炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察乌梅丸加减联合低剂量美沙拉嗪治疗显微镜结肠炎的临床疗效。[方法]随机数字表法将60例显微镜结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组(美沙拉嗪+乌梅丸加减)、对照组(美沙拉嗪+复方乳酸菌)各30例,治疗2个月后观察2组临床疗效,主要症状,肠镜下及病理改变情况。[结果](1)治疗组疗效优于对照组(93.33%43.33%,P<0.01)。(2)2组治疗后腹痛、腹泻、肛门坠胀感症状较前均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)2组治疗后肠镜及病理评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),而治疗组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。[结论]乌梅丸加减联合低剂量美沙拉嗪治疗显微镜结肠炎疗效确切,可能机制是对免疫功能的调节实现。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Wumei Pill concoction combined with low dose Mesalazine in the treatment of Microscopic Colitis. [Results] Sixty patients with Microscopic Colitis were randomly divided into treatment group （Mesalazine combined with Wumei pill addition and subtraction） and control group（mesalazine combined with compound lactic acid bacteria）,30 cases each. After 2 months of treatment, two groups of clinical effect, main symptoms, colonoseopy and pathological changes were observed. [Conclusion]The clinical effect of Wumei Pill concoction combined with low dose Mesalazine in the treatment of Microscopic Colitis is accurate, which possible mechanism is through the regulation of im- mune function.
