健胃愈疡片联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的效果及对血浆胃泌素、TGF-α和EGF的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究健胃愈疡片联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的效果及对患者血浆胃泌素、转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)和表皮生长因子(EGF)的影响。方法:选择2014-08~2017-05在我院诊治的消化性溃疡患者74例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组口服奥美拉唑治疗,20mg/次,2/d;观察组在对照组基础上口服健胃愈疡片治疗,4片/次,4/d。比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后的溃疡面积,并检测两组治疗前后的血浆胃泌素、TGF-α和EGF水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.89%,高于对照组的75.67%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的溃疡面积相比无明显差异,治疗后溃疡直径≤0.5cm的患者明显多于治疗前(P<0.05),溃疡直径0.5~2.0cm及溃疡直径>2.0cm的患者明显少于治疗前,且观察组的溃疡改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血浆胃泌素水平均降低,TGF-α和EGF水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健胃愈疡片联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果较为理想,能有效缩小溃疡面积,改善血浆胃泌素、TGF-α和EGF水平。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Jianwei Yuyang tablet combined with omeprazole in patients with peptic ulcer and impact on plasma gastrin,TGF-αand EGF.Methods：Seventy-four patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from August 2014 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,20 mg every time,2 times a day,the observation group was treated with Jianwei Yuyang tablet on the basis of control group,4 tablets each time,4 times a day.The clinical effective rate and the ulcer area of the two groups were compared,and the levels of plasma gastrin,TGF-αand EGF were detected before and after treatment in two groups.Results：The effective rate of the observation group was 91.89%（34/37）,which was higher than that in control group 75.67%（28/37）（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in ulcer area between two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment,patients with ulcer diameter≤0.5 cm were significantly more than before treatment（P〈0.05）,patients with the ulcer diameter was 0.5-2.0 cm and ulcer diameter〉2.0 cm was less than after treatment,and the observation group improved better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The levels of plasma gastrin after treatment in two groups were decreased,and the levels of TGF-αand EGF were increased（P〈0.05）,and the observation group was better than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Jianwei Yuyang tablet combined with omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer is ideal,it can effectively reduce the ulcer area,improve plasma gastrin,TGF-αand EGF levels.
