摘 要:针对精密复杂零件数控加工离线检测误差大、效率低,在线检测尺寸、形状受限制等问题,建立了基于B样条曲面的确定性曲面回归模型,通过对回归模型残差空间独立性分析,将复杂零件的数控加工误差分解为系统误差和随机误差,通过修改数控代码,实现了精密复杂零件数控加工在线检测及误差补偿。为验证有效性,进行了大量试验,将试验结果与CMM检测结果对比,结果显示提出的在线检测及误差补偿方法行之有效,实现了精密复杂零件数控加工"加工-测量-补偿加工"的闭环制造。To solve problems like big error and low efficiency in offline detection,and limitation of size and formation in online detection,deterministic surface regression model based on the B-spline surface was developed in this paper. The numeric control processing error of complex parts was resolved into system error and random error by the residual space independence analysis on the regression model. Online detection and error compensation for numeric control machining of precise complex parts were implemented by modifying the numeric control codes. A large number of experiments for the validity were carried out,and the experiment results were then compared with the detection results of CMM. The results show that the methods of online detection and error compensation developed in this study are effective,and the closed-loop manufacture( that is,machining-measurement-compensation machining) of numeric control machining for precise complex parts would be implemented.
