摘　　要：脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,Lp-PLA2)作为粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)的预测因子正在获得接受。相关研究提示其对冠心病及冠脉病变程度有预测价值。它能为临床筛选冠心病高风险人群提供新途径,也能为冠心病的诊治提供新方法。Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2) is being accepted as a predictor of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD). Relevant studies suggest that it has a predictive value of coronary heart disease and coronary artery disease.It can provide a new way for clinical screening of high-risk coronary heart disease patients and also provide a new method for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
