探析《伤寒论》之“亡阳必惊狂”

摘　　要："亡阳必惊狂"出自《伤寒论》第112条,自古以来各家对其注解不一,如心阳虚合火邪内扰说、心阳虚合痰浊扰神说、心气虚合热气上攻说、错简说等,详览诸家之见,阐述"亡阳"与"惊狂"的含义以及"出汗""亡阳""惊狂"三者之间的因果关系,解析条文,详议处方思路,得出以火法损卫泄汗过度,亡失阳经之荣气,邪风火热之邪趁虚而入,气血逆乱,阴阳相倾,伤及心神阳魄,导致惊狂的结论。The word of ＂Yang-collapse leads to fright and craziness＂ originates from the 112th item of Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.Many physicians have their own opinions on this word from ancient time till now,such as deficiency of heart yang and disturbing effect of heat,deficiency of heart yang and influence of phlegm,deficiency of heart qi and rising of heat,a mistake and so on.The writer refers to a great deal of literature to elaborate the means of yang-collapse and fright and craziness and the causality among sweating,yang-collapse and fright and craziness.Then the author analyzes the item and discusses the idea of prescription to draw a conclusion.Damaging the defense qi to induce sweating too much by heating loses the nutrient qi of yang channels.Wind and heat enter into the yang channels so that qi,blood,yin and yang are in a mess.Then wind and heat damage spirit of heart and soul of lung to cause the fright and craziness.
