舍曲林联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察舍曲林联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的临床效果。方法 80例精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予利培酮治疗,观察组给予舍曲林联合利培酮治疗,对比两组治疗前后阴性症状评分。结果治疗前,两组情绪退缩、情感迟钝、被动社交退缩、情感交流障碍、刻板思维、抽象思维障碍评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组情绪退缩(3.5±0.7)分、情感迟钝(3.5±1.1)分、被动社交退缩(3.8±0.8)分、情感交流障碍(3.4±1.0)分均低于对照组的(4.8±1.2)、(4.7±1.2)、(4.5±1.4)、(4.5±1.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组刻板思维、抽象思维障碍评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舍曲林联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症,可显著改善其阴性症状,值得采纳应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of sertraline combined with risperidone in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods A total of 80 schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with risperidone, and the observation group was treated with sertraline combined with risperidone. Negative symptom score before and after treatment was compared in two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in emotional recession, emotional slowness, passive social withdrawal, emotional communication disorder, stereotyped thinking and abstract thinking disorder score（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had emotional recession score as（3.5±0.7） points, emotional slowness score as（3.5±1.1） points, passive social withdrawal score as（3.8±0.8） points and emotional communication disorder score as（3.4±1.0） points, which were all lower than（4.8±1.2）,（4.7±1.2）,（4.5±1.4） and（4.5±1.2） points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in stereotyped thinking and abstract thinking disorder score（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination of sertraline and risperidone in treating schizophrenia can significantly improve the negative symptoms, and is worthy of adoption and application.
