摘  要:产教融合是地方性本科院校发展方向。本文以闽江学院轻化工程专业的实际情况及存在问题,阐明产教融合模式培养染整人才的必要性。并应用产教融合方式,从课程体系构建,产教基地和产研平台的共建,"双师型"教师培养三方面,对轻化工程专业人才的培养提出不同的思考,为地方性本科院校轻化工程专业人才的培养和专业改革创新提供参考。The industry-education integration is becoming the development direction of local universities. Based on the actual situation and existing problems of Light Chemical Engineering specialty in Minjiang University,the necessity of cultivating the dyeing and finishing talents by the integration mode of industry and teaching was expounded. Some thoughts were proposed about talent training of Light Chemical Engineering through the integration of industry and teaching,from the construction of curriculum system,teaching and production base,production and research platform,double-qualified faculty training. This could provide some reference for talent training of Light Chemical Engineering in local universities and reform and innovation of specialty.
