摘 要:针对轮胎帘线交叉重叠缺陷检测问题,提出一种基于区域连通性和交叉结构特征的检测方法;首先用局部二值化对轮胎图像进行分割,细化胎侧图像得到帘线骨架;然后以广度优先的方式遍历细化图像;交叉表现为多条帘线构成的连通区域和交叉点位置的帘线分支,以上述特征为标准判断帘线是否存在交叉重叠。结果表明,该方法能够在满足系统实时性的基础上,高效地检测轮胎帘线交叉重叠缺陷,并能够提供交叉帘线的数目。To solve the detection problem of the cross-over cord defect on tire,a detection method based on the regional connectivity and features of cross structure was proposed. Firstly,the tire image was segmented by using the local binarization,and the sidewall image was refined to obtain the skeleton of cord. Then the image was traversed in a breadth first manner. The crossing of cords means crossing point has several branches to the boundaries of sidewall image,and crossing cords form a connective region. The above characteristics were used to determine whether the cord was crossed. The results show that the method can efficiently detect the crossing defects of the tire cord and can provide the number of crossing cords on the basis of satisfying the real-time performance of the system.
