摘 要:近年来,人们对果蔬品质关注度提高。随着成像技术和光谱技术的快速发展,高光谱成像技术广泛应用于各种果蔬产品的快速和非破坏性检测中。高光谱成像技术具有"图谱合一"的优点,可同时检测果蔬的内部、外部品质信息。本文介绍了高光谱成像技术的基本原理,综述了高光谱成像技术在果蔬内外部品质检测方面的应用进展,并简要分析了高光谱成像技术在果蔬品质检测中的发展趋势和面临的挑战,以期对我国相关研究人员的研究工作提供参考。In recent years, people pay more attention to the quality of fruits and vegetables. With the rapid development of imaging and spectral technology, hyperspectral imaging technology has been widely used in the rapid and non-destructive testing of various fruits and vegetables products. Hyperspectral imaging technology has the advantages of "image-spectrum merging technology ", which can detect the inner and outer quality information of fruits and vegetables simultaneously. This paper introduced the basic principle of hyperspectral imaging technology and its application in the detection of internal and external quality of fruits and vegetables, briefly analyzed the development trend and the challenge of hyperspectral imaging technology in the detection of the quality of fruits and vegetables, so as to provide references for the research work of relevant researchers in China.
