摘　　要：目的定量分析对比FS-LASIK和LASIK手术前后角膜瓣边缘密度值变化。方法非随机选取2015年5月到2016年12月自愿在我院行角膜屈光手术患者且随诊3个月以上,资料完整者分两组进行对照研究,其中FS-LASIK组患者58例(115只眼),LASIK组共55例(110眼)。分别于术前、术后1天、术后1周、术后1个月和术后3个月应用Pentacam眼前节分析系统测量术眼角膜密度的平均值,使用SPSS13.0对测量结果进行统计学分析。结果两组患者术后视力均显著提高,术前及术后裸眼及最佳矫正视力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);FS-LASIK组与LASIK组术前、术后1天、1周、1月、3月角膜密度较术前均增加,FS-LASIK组较LASIK组角膜瓣密度值更高,但随着时间延长两组角膜密度值逐渐减小,组间差距逐渐缩小。结论 FS-LASIK与LASIK两种手术后早期角膜瓣边缘平均密度值较术前均有所增加,FS-LASIK组较LASIK组角膜瓣密度值更高,但随着观察时间延长这种差距逐渐缩小。Objective To investigate the changes of corneal flap edge density value of FS - LASIK and LASIK before and after surgery. Methods Quantitative non randomly selected from May 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital for vol- untary patients with corneal refractive surgery and followed up for more than 3 months, complete data were divided into twogroups control study, including 58 cases of FS - LASIK patients （ 115 eyes a total of 55 cases）, LASIK group （ 110 eyes） respectively. Before operation, 1 days after surgery, 1 weeks after operation, corneal density measurement and a- nalysis system for the flat for 3 months and 1 months after surgery and postoperative anterior segment PentacamThe mean value was analyzed statistically by using SPSS13.0. Results Two groups of patients with postoperative visual acuity was improved significantly, no significant preoperative and postop- erative uncorrected and corrected visual acuity difference （P 〉0. 05） ; FS -LASIK group and LASIK group before opera- tion, 1 days, 1 weeks after the operation, in January March, compared with the preoperative corneal density were increased in FS - LASIK group than in LASIK group of corneal flap the density is high, but with time in two groups of corneal density decreased gradually, gradually narrowing the gap between groups. Conclusions FS -LASIK and LASIK two after surgery the average cornea flap edge density value increased compared with preoperative, FS - LASIK group than in LASIK group is higher than the density of corneal flap, but with prolonged, this gap is gradually narrowing.
