摘 要:为研究进气总管与歧管参数对柴油机性能的影响,建立矿用防爆柴油机的GT-POWER模型,以6缸防爆柴油机为基础,改变进气管道的总管的长度与管径、进气歧管的直径进行仿真.研究结果表明:随着进气总管长度的增加,柴油机在不同转速下充气效率增加明显,燃油消耗量亦是如此;而进气总管直径的增加,不同的转速下充气效率在变大,燃油消耗量却在降低;进气歧管直径的增加与总管直径的增加效果相差不大.据此,对柴油机进行优化,样机模型在各转速下主要性能指标相比优化前均有一定提升.In order to study the effects of the intake manifold and the manifold on diesel engine performance parameters, this paper established a mine explosion-proof diesel GT-POWER model based on the six-cylinder explosion-proof diesel engine and simulated by changing the intake pipe length and diameter, and the diameter of the intake manifold. The results of study show that with the increasing total length of the intake pipe, diesel engine volumetric efficiency increases significantly with the different speed, and fuel consumption is also increased; with the intake manifold increases in diameter, volumetric efficiency at each speed increases, and fuel consumption is reduced; The effect of increasing the diameter of the intake manifold and the manifold increase in diameter or less. Accordingly, with optimizing of the diesel engine, the prototype model has certain improvements in key performance indicators compared with the previous optimization at each speed.
