摘  要:本研究旨在选用乳酸作为催化剂,通过单因素考察,响应曲面优化合成精氨酸单糖苷(AF)。研究在AF合成的单因素试验基础上,以AF的合成率为指标,建立以反应时间、反应温度、料液比为变量的3因素3水平的响应曲面优化研究。研究结果显示,AF的乳酸催化最佳合成反应时间为101.1 min,反应温度为85.3℃,料液比为1:5.12。优化的合成条件稳定,操作过程安全无害。The aim of this research was to use lactic acid as catalyst, through a single factor study to optimization arginyl-fructose(AF) synthesize by response surface methodology. Based on the single factor experiment of AF synthesis, the response curve of 3 factors and 3 levels with reaction time, reaction temperature and ratio of material to liquid was established by using AF synthesis rate as an indicator. The results showed that the optimum synthesis reaction time for AF lactic acid catalysis was 51.1 min, the reaction temperature was 85.3℃ and the ratio of solid to liquid was 1: 5.12. The optimized synthesis conditions were stable and the operation was safe and harmless.
