摘 要:泛素蛋白酶体系统介导的蛋白质降解是生物体蛋白调控的重要机制之一,能使被破坏的、错构的、废弃的蛋白降解,并调控生物学过程。去泛素化酶UCH—L1因具有水解和结合泛素的双重作用而备受关注,除了在神经退行性疾病以及肿瘤疾病中起着重要作用以外,UCH—L1在眼科疾病中的变化仍值得探索。UCH.L1可能是白内障发病的促进因素,并与青光眼视神经轴突损伤有关,在视网膜新生血管性眼病中可能有促进新生血管形成的作用。The ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) is one of the commonest way to degrade protein in eukaryotic cells. The UPS is responsible for degrading the destroyed and misfolded proteins to regulate dif- ferent biological processes. Ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase L1 ( UCH-L1 ) , as a member of deubiquiti- hating enzymes (DUB), has both functions of hydrolyzation and conjunction with ubiquitin. In addition to playing an important role in neurodegenerative diseases and tumors, the role of UCH-L1 in the ocular disea- ses is still worth exploring. UCH-L1 may be related to the development of cataract, optic nerve damage of glaucoma and promotion of ocular neovascular disease.
