摘　　要：目的构建武警某院校救援医学本科学员紧急医学救援技能培训课程体系。方法结合多年救援医学相关课程实际教学经验，综合运用文献资料分析、课题小组讨论和专家咨询等研究方法。结果初步构建了由基本理论知识、基本救治技能、紧急救治技能和模拟演练4大培训模块20项培训课目，共计60学时（理论占30％、训练占70％）的紧急医学救援技能培训课程体系；形成了理论考试（30％）、操作技能考核（50％）、综合演练（15％）和参训表现（5％）相结合的考评模式。结论该培训课程体系的构建对人们组织开展相关培训工作具有一定的指导意义。Objective To construct the basic skills＇ training courses system for a college＇s rescve medicine cadets. Methods Combined with the experience of emergency medicine related courses, literature analysis, group discussion and expert consultation were integrated. Results The basic skills training courses of emergency medical rescue bad been established, included four training module, 20 training subjects and 60 class hours. At the same time, formed a more perfect evaluation model, composed of theoretical test, operational skills assessment, integrated exercise and the cadet＇s performance. Conclusion The construction of the training course system had a certain guiding significance for people to organize relevant training.
