摘　　要：目的总结先天性小睑裂综合征术后并发症及处理方法,为临床提供指导。方法本研究回顾性分析在北京儿童医院就诊并行分期手术的先天性小睑裂综合征患者病例资料,且术后随访半年以上,总结其术后并发症及处理方法。结果本研究共72人,平均年龄3.4岁。Ⅰ期并发症有内眦开大不理想、内眦瘢痕、溢泪。Ⅱ期并发症有材料排斥、角膜炎、角膜溃疡、上睑回退、上睑缘成角畸形、眉弓部皱褶、眼睑闭合不全和上睑迟滞。出现并发症后均给予相应处理和治疗,恢复良好。结论先天性小睑裂综合征是眼部的先天畸形,通过手术可有效矫正,但其术后并发症不可忽视,应积极正规处理。Objective To summarize the complications of congenital blepharophimosis syndrome and the corresponding treatments. Methods This study retrospectively analyzed patients who were diagnosed with congenital blepharophimosis syndrome and had surgery in Beijing Children＇ s Hospital. Patients were followed up for half a year. Results 72 patients were in the study, average age 3.4 years. Complications of I stage were canthus opened failed, the inner canthus scar, epiphora. Complications of II stage were material exclusion, keratitis, corneal ulcer,eyelid retraction, eyelid angulation, eyebrow folds and so on. Conclusion Congenital blepharophimosis syndrome is congenital malformations of the eye. Surgical treatment can be effectively corrected. Postoperative complications and treatments are useful for doctors.
