摘　　要：分析"远程医疗+医保"深入推进分级诊疗模式的可行性,构建"远程医疗+医保"以推进分级诊疗模式,从利益相关者,医保、医疗、医药"联动"的创新模式等方面开展分析,指出其意义。The paper analyzes the feasibility of further promoting graded medical treatment model through ＂ moblie medical ＋ medicare＂,and constructs ＂ moblie medical ＋ medicare＂ to promote the graded medical treatment model. By analyzing the innovative mode from stakeholder and ＂cooperation＂ among the aspects of medicare, medical care and medicine, it points out the significance of such construction.
