摘  要:振动锤打桩时引起的环境振动有可能偏大,在城市区域施工时有时会干扰人们正常的生活.鉴于此,提出了一种套筒减振方法,套筒将桩与土体浅层隔开,使桩在地下才与土体接触让其振动从地下开始传播,充分利用土体的几何阻尼效应和材料阻尼效应来减小地面环境振动.通过有限元软件分析了无套筒和有套筒两种情况地面的Z振动级.利用环境振动分析仪对不同工况下振动现场的多个位置进行了振动响应的实测和记录.对比数值模拟和现场实测的数据,可以发现套筒减振方法具有良好的减振效果.Environmental vibration induced by vibration hammer may be too large, the construction stage of vibration hammer sometimes disturbs people' s normal life in the urban region. Sleeve vibration reduction method is proposed. The sleeve separates the pile from subsurface ground to make the pile contact with the deep soil. The vibration in the ground began to spread. Utilizing the geometrical damping effect and the material damping effect of the soil reduce environmental vibration. The Z direction vibration of the non-sleeve and the sleeve were analyzed by the finite element software. The vibration response at multiple locations is measured and recorded by the environment vibration analyzer under different working conditions. Comparison between numerical simulation and field measured data can find the good effect of the sleeve vibration reduction method.
