摘 要:目的对甲状腺癌高频声像图中钙化的意义进行分析探讨。方法将本院在2015-2016年收治的100例甲状腺结节的高频声像图作为临床研究资料,对其进行回顾性分析探讨,把其中的钙化分为三种类型:微钙化、粗钙化、弧形钙化。结果恶性组有10例患者,检出的钙化患者有4例(40.00%),其中,微钙化3例,粗钙化1例,在有微钙化的甲状腺中全部为乳头状癌。在良性组90例患者中,检出的钙化患者有9例(10.00%),其中,微钙化的患者为5例,粗钙化的患者有3例,弧形钙化的患者有1例。对比两组的钙化率,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。但是两组在粗钙化与微钙化两方面进行比较,没有明显的差异。在甲状腺癌的诊断中,钙化的敏感性为45.00%,特异性为91.00%。结论在诊断甲状腺癌的过程中,高频声像图中的钙化是其进行诊断非常显著的指标。钙化是什么形状的对甄别甲状腺结节的良恶性没有多大的帮助,但是,微钙化却是对乳头状癌进行诊断的一个显著的指标。Objective To investigate the significance of calcification in high frequency sonography of thyroid cancer. Methods The hospital in 100 cases of thyroid nodules in 2015-2016 treated by high frequency ultrasonography as clinical research data, retrospective analysis was performed on the study, the calcification is divided into three types: Micro calcification, coarse calcification, curved calcification. Results There were 10 patients in the malignant group, and 4 cases(40.00%) had calcification. Among them, there were 3 microcalcifications and 1 coarse calcifications, all of which were papillary carcinoma in the thyroid gland with microcalcification. In the benign group of 90 patients, there were 9 patients with calcification(10.00%), including 5 patients with microcalcifications, 3 patients with coarse calcification, and 1 patients with calcified calcification. the calcification rate of the two groups was compared, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).However, there were no significant differences between the two groups in two aspects: calcification and microcalcifications. In the diagnosis of thyroid cancer, the sensitivity of calcification is 45.00% and the specificity is 91.00%.Conclusion Calcification in high frequency ultrasonography is a very significant indicator in the diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma. What shape the calcification is, is not very helpful in screening the benign and malignant thyroid nodules, but microcalcifications are a significant indicator of papillary cancer.
