摘 要:目的分析CK19、CD56、MC、HER-2蛋白表达在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)诊断中的作用,为临床治疗提供帮助。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测50例PTC中CK19、CD56、MC、HER-2蛋白的表达状况,分析其表达与临床病理之间的关系。结果 CK19、CD56、MC、HER-2在PTC阳性表达率分别为98%、10%、96%、22%,而在癌旁良性甲状腺组织中阳性率分别为20%、80%、10%,HER-2蛋白表达为阴性,其抗体表达在甲状腺乳头状癌与癌旁良性甲状腺组织之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CK19、CD56、MC、HER-2蛋白的联合运用,为临床提高PTC诊断的阳性率。Objective To analyze the role of CK19, CD56, MC and HER-2 protein in the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) and to provide information for clinical treatment. Methods The expression of CK19, CD56, MC and HER-2 proteins in 50 cases of PTC was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between the expression and clinical pathology was analyzed. Results The positive rates of CK19, CD56, MC and HER-2 in the PTC were 98%, 10%, 96% and 22%, respectively. The positive rates were 20%, 80%, 10% in the para cancerous benign thyroid tissue, and the expression of HER-2 protein was negative, the difference of antibody expression between thyroid papillary carcinoma and para cancerous benign thyroid tissue was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The combined use of CK19, CD56, MC and HER-2 protein can improve the positive rate of PTC diagnosis.
