摘　　要：目的讨论Ki-67与p53在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达意义,并分析Ki-67、p53表达与乳腺癌的关系。方法收集我院2014年6月至2016年12月收治的78例原发性浸润性乳腺癌与36例乳腺良性病变切除术标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测所有入组患者乳腺组织中Ki-67与p53表达,并将两组患者前述两项指标表达情况作以比较。结果 78例乳腺癌患者中Ki-67呈阳性表达的有59例(75.6%),p53呈阳性表达的有64例(82.1%)。36例乳腺良性切除患者中Ki-67呈阳性表达的有5例(13.9%),p53呈阳性表达的有7例(19.4%),Ki-67与p53在不同乳腺组织中阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤大小、组织学分级、淋巴结转移是影响乳腺癌患者Ki-67与p53水平的主要因素。结论原发性浸润性乳腺癌的发生发展与Ki-67、p53表达存在密切相关性,Ki-67表达水平可以作为预测乳腺癌恶性程度的一项重要指标,Ki-67与p53检测在乳腺癌诊断中具有重要意义。Objective to discuss the Ki-67 and p53 expression in invasive breast cancer, and analyze the Ki-67, the relationship between p53 expression and breast cancer. Methods to collect the hospital from june 2014 to December 2014 treated 78 cases of primary invasive breast cancer and 36 cases of breast benign lesion resection specimens, using immune histochemical method to detect all into the group of patients Ki-67 and p53 expression in breast tissue, and two groups of patients is to compare the previous two indicators expression. Results 78 cases of breast cancer in patients with positive expression of Ki-67 in 59 cases（75.6%）, p53 positive expression in 64 patients（82.1%）. 36 cases of breast benign resection in patients with positive expression of Ki-67 in 5 cases（13.9%）, there are 7 cases of p53 positive expression（19.4%）, Ki-67 and p53 positive expression rate in different mammary gland organization difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Tumor size, histological grade, lymph node metastasis of breast cancer patients with Ki-67 and the main factors of p53 level. Conclusion the development of primary invasive breast cancer and Ki-67, there is a close correlation between p53 expression, expression level Ki-67 can be used as an important predictor of breast cancer, malignant degree, Ki-67 and p53 detection is of great significance in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
