开放式创新中的外部技术获取与产品多元化——动态能力的调节作用研究

摘　　要：开放式创新中的外部技术获取及其对企业绩效的影响已广受关注,但却鲜有关于外部技术获取对产品多元化影响的研究。本文采用2010—2012年高技术上市公司的数据进行多元层次回归分析,实证检验了外部技术获取对产品多元化的影响以及动态能力三个构成要素对二者关系的调节效应。回归结果显示,外部技术获取对产品多元化有显著的正向促进作用,动态能力中的吸收能力、适应能力和创新能力分别对外部技术获取与产品多元化间的关系有正向调节作用。研究结论丰富和拓展了外部技术获取和产品多元化领域的研究成果,为企业通过外部技术获取促进产品多元化提供理论指导。In the open renovation, external technology acquisition and its effect on enterprise performance have been concerned widely. But there are few studies about the effect of external technology acquisition on product diversifi- cation. This paper conducts a multivariate hierarchical regression analysis using the data of high-tech listed compa- nies in 2010--2012 to test the effect of external technology acqui-sition on product diversification and the modera- ting effect of three elements of dynamic capabilities on the relationship. The result shows that external technology ac- quisition has a positive impact on product diversification significantly, and absorptive capability, adaptive ca-pability and innovative capability of dynamic capabilities moderate the relationship between external technology acquisition and product diversification positively. The study enriches and expends the findings in the field of external technolo- gy acquisition and product diversifi-cation, providing theoretical guidance for the companies to promote product di- versification through external technology acquisition.
