摘 要:目的探讨在血液透析新护士中采用规范化岗前培训模式的应用效果。方法选取2013年9月至2017年2月本院血液透析室接受的17名新晋护士,分别给予规范化岗前培训措施,包括岗前专科教育、理论培训、操作培训及风险管理等内容,培训前后依次开展考试与考核,并进行统计学处理分析。结果 17名新晋护士在岗前培训后的认知考试、理论考试、操作考核及风险管理考试均显著高于培训前,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对血液透析新晋护士开展规范化岗前培训能够良好提升其认知与操作能力,对日常工作开展具有积极保障性作用。Objective to explore application effect of standardized pre-job training model for new nurses of hemodialysis room. Methods choose 17 new nurses hemodialysis room of our hospital received from September 2013 to February 2017,carry on standardized pre-job training measures,including pre-job special education,theoretical training,operational training and risk management and etc,carry on examination and evaluation before and after training and take statistical analysis. Results cognitive examination,theoretical examination,operation assessment and risk management examination of 17 new nurses after pre job training was significantly higher than before,with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion standardized pre-job training can improve cognitive and operational ability of new nurses of hemodialysis room,and has positive role for their daily work.
