CDX2等相关基因与胃粘膜肠化及胃癌的研究进展

摘　　要：尾型同源盒转录因子2即CDX2,作为人体肠道的特异性转录因子,对消化道特别是结肠和小肠上皮的发育起着关键的作用。1988年Correa等提出胃癌的发生模式为:"正常胃黏膜-慢性浅表性胃炎-慢性萎缩性胃炎-肠上皮化生-异型增生-胃癌",这是目前较为认可的胃癌进展模式。有研究证实,胃粘膜肠化具有高致癌风险。目前国内外关于CDX2等相关基因与胃粘膜肠化及胃癌的相关研究及观点也众说纷纭,例如在胃粘膜肠化中,CDX2与P-P38、PTEN、P53、Survinin、NF-KB、GC-C、SOX2等因子存在相关性;而在胃癌中,CDX2与E-cadherin、LI-cadherin、PTEN、nm23、P53、ki67、claudin-3、EGFR等因子存在相关性,本文对目前该领域的相关的进展做一综述。The transcription factor 2,CDX2,as a specific transcription factor in the human intestinal tract plays a key role in the development of the digestive tract,especially the colon and small intestinal epithelium. 1988,Correa and other proposed gastric cancer mode of occurrence：＂normal gastric mucosa-chronic superficial gastritis-chronic atrophic gastritis-intestinal metaplasia-dysplasia-gastric cancer＂,which is currently more recognized model of gastric cancer progression. Studies have confirmed that gastric mucosal intestine has a high risk of cancer. At present,CDX2 and P-P38,PTEN,P53,Survinin,NF-KB,GC-C,CD-2 and CD-2,and other related genes and gastric mucosal intestinal and gastric cancer related research and viewpoints,（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There is a correlation between CDX2 and E-cadherin,LI-cadherin,PTEN,nm23,P53,ki67,claudin-3,EGFR and other factors in gastric cancer. In this paper,Progress made a review.
