摘　　要：目的探索MPTP诱导的帕金森病猴模型的肾小球中α-syn的表达情况。方法年龄在10岁左右的雄性食蟹猴8只,随机分成模型组和对照组。其中对照组3只,模型组5只。对模型组注射MPTP,对照组注射等量的生理盐水,注射时间共计30天。注射药物过程中,以非人类灵长类PD评分量表为依据进行评分,密切观察并记录动物的行为特征变化。免疫组织化学方法染色肾脏观察肾小球内a-syn的表达情况。结果在MPTP诱导的慢性帕金森病猴模型的肾小球内观察到α-syn的表达,α-syn的表达分布与肾脏内神经走行相一致。结论在帕金森病猴模型的肾小球中α-syn存在表达,且表达量较对照组明显增多。Objective To observe the expression of α-syn in renal glomerular of rhesus monkey＇s model with Parkinson＇s disease. Methods Eight male crab monkey monkey, 10 years old, were randomly divided into two groups, three in the control group, five in the model group. The model group injected drugs of MPTP for a month and the control group inject with normal saline for the same time.Animals were observed and recorded the behavior change in the process of injection. When the pakinson＇s disease model were established succssful, we observed the expression of α-syn in the renal glomerular.Results We observed the expression of a-syn in the monkey＇s renal glomerular of model group.Conclusions We observed the expression of a-syn in the monkey＇s renal glomerular of model group, the model group increased significantly than the control group.
