摘　　要：根据商用饮食加工机械相关标准要求,利用机械安全风险评估的方法,结合产品的特点,对商用饮食加工机械安全防护设计的评估策略和方法进行研究。在保证使用功能、便捷性的情况下,实现对不同产品的防护设计,减少因机械防护的缺失带来的机械伤害风险。In this paper, according to the standard requirements of commercial food processing machinery, using the method of mechanical safety risk assessment, combined with the characteristics of the product, the evaluation strategy and method of the commercial food processing machinery safety protection design were studied. In the case of ensuring the use of function, convenience, to achieve the protection design of different products, reduce the risk of mechanical injury caused by the lack of mechanical protection.
