摘 要:目的了解2012年新碘盐标准实施对漯河市学龄儿童碘营养水平的影响,为完善碘缺乏病防治策略提供科学依据,巩固碘缺乏病防治所取得的效果。方法按照《河南省重点人群碘营养监测方案》和单纯随机抽样的方法,于2011年-2016年分别采集8岁~10岁学龄儿童尿样进行尿碘含量检测,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2011年-2016年漯河市学龄儿童尿碘中位数分别为281.03μg/L、240.90μg/L、282.60μg/L、350.00μg/L、171.20μg/L和227.50μg/L,总体呈下降趋势不同年份间差异有统计学意义(χ2=94.37,P<0.05),新标准实施后儿童尿碘含量较实施前有所下降,整体处于超适宜水平。结论漯河市8岁~10岁学龄儿童的碘营养水平,在碘盐标准调整后碘适宜水平占比逐步增加,碘过量和碘缺乏的占比均有所降低,碘营养水平趋于适宜水平,符合国家消除碘缺乏病有关标准,碘盐标准调控取得了预期效果。Objective To understand the iodine nutrition status of school children since the carrying of new standard of iodine salt in 2012. To provide scientific basis for improving the prevention and control strategies of iodine deficiency disease and consolidate the prevention effect of iodine deficiency disease( IDD). Methods According to the Project of Surveillance on Iodine Nutrition among Focus Groups in Henan Province and simple random sampling method,the urine iodine content of 8-10 years old children during 2011-2016 was detected and the results were analyzed statistically. Results During 2011-2016,the median of urine iodine of school children in Luohe was 281. 03 μg/L,240. 90 μg/L,282. 60 μg/L,350. 00 μg/L,171. 20 μg/L and 227. 50 μg/L,respectively. The overall trend was decreasing,and there was statistical significance on the differences of iodine content among different years( χ2= 94. 37,P 〈0. 05). The children's urine iodine content dropped since the carrying of the new standard of iodine salt,and overall,it was at a super optimum level. Conclusion The proportion of suitable iodine nutrition is increasing after the carrying of the new standard of iodine salt among 8-10 years old children,the proportion of excess and the shortage of iodine nutrition are decreasing,and the iodine nutritional status tend to suitability,which conform to the national standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders. The standard regulation of iodized salt has achieved desired effect.
